Yeah ice storms can be so devastating. There seem to be some unseasonable snow and ice storms happening as well. In Spokane, where my parents live, they had a big snowstorm in early October a few years ago. And because it was so early so much of the foliage was still on the trees making them way heavier than what it would be in normal winter season. So a lot of trees and branches went down during that storm. These freak events are so unpredictable which is so scary.
